一、个人简介
刘威，男，1989年11月生，博士，校聘副教授。2012年6月本科毕业于复旦大学物理系，获物理学理学学士。2019年1月毕业于香港中文大学物理系，导师吴奇院士。同年7月赴深圳大学化学与环境工程学院从事博士后工作，合作导师何传新教授。2021年7月于香港中文大学化学系从事科研助理工作。2022年6月起任职于16877太阳集团安全入口。
二、研究领域
1、胶体颗粒及凝胶的微观结构与流变行为；
2、胶体颗粒在表界面及受限空间下的扩散、聚集与相变；
3、细胞微观流变学、跨膜蛋白与分子识别的动态过程；
4、溶液、凝胶、乳液及泡沫的粘弹性及其在食品、化妆品中的应用
