【研究领域】
运用化工过程、胶体与界面化学和生物化学研究表面活性剂(包括表面活性食品添加剂)的绿色合成及应用,特别是绿色和天然非离子表面活性剂如烷基醇醚、糖苷的合成,天然产物酶促和化学改性及其产物的溶液界面化学行为,生物活性及其在化妆品和食品中的应用。
